SAFETY RULES
All participants must remove shoes, jewelry, badges, eyeglasses, and sharp objects before entering the inflatable.
No confetti, gum, food, drinks, slime, glitter, silly string, face paint, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in or around the inflatable. A $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is returned dirty.
No smoking, grills, fireworks, heaters, or open flames are permitted near the inflatable.
No wrestling, roughhousing, flips, diving, fighting, colliding, or unsafe behavior.
Do not climb, hang, sit, or pull on the walls, netting, roof, or safety barriers.
Older or larger children should not jump with significantly younger or smaller children.
Participants with head, neck, back, muscular, skeletal injuries, disabilities that increase risk of injury, pregnant individuals, and children under 3 years old should not use the inflatable.
Keep all pets, toys, and sharp objects away from the inflatable.
Maximum occupancy is 8 participants at one time unless otherwise specified.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
If the inflatable begins losing air or the blower stops operating, all participants must exit immediately.
Do not use the inflatable during rain, lightning, severe weather, or when the ground is wet.
The inflatable must remain securely anchored at all times. If winds exceed 25 mph, all participants must exit immediately and the blower must be turned off.
Keep children away from the blower, electrical cords, and equipment at all times.
Children must slide feet first only. Only one rider may wait at the top of a slide at a time (two riders for dual-lane slides).
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Written cancellation requests must be submitted by email or text.
31+ days before event: Full refund
11–30 days before event: 80% refund
0–10 days before event: Deposit or payment is non-refundable
Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if at least 24 hours notice is provided and a new date is available.
WEATHER POLICY
Forever Bouncing reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to unsafe weather conditions including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or other hazardous conditions.
If Happy Bounce Co cancels due to weather, a full refund will be issued or the event may be rescheduled.
RENTAL TERMS
Equipment shall be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.
Customer grants Happy Bounce Co permission to enter the premises to inspect, service, or retrieve equipment.
Customer agrees not to move, sublease, loan, transfer, or relocate the equipment without prior approval.
Customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, plumbing, electrical lines, and similar installations before setup. Forever Bouncing is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.
Customer agrees to ensure that all participants and guardians review and follow all safety rules.
Equipment is rented “AS IS.” No warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Customer agrees to pay for all repair costs, including labor, resulting from damage occurring during the rental period.
If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, Customer agrees to pay the full replacement value of the equipment.
A minimum cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for excessive dirt, food, gum, slime, confetti, glitter, silly string, or other prohibited substances.
Overnight Rentals:
Customer agrees to disconnect and secure the blower overnight.
Customer agrees to disable automatic sprinklers during the rental period.
A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for moisture damage caused by sprinklers, hoses, pools, or similar sources.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE
Customer understands that inflatable amusement devices involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, collisions, physical injury, emotional distress, paralysis, property damage, and death.
Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Bounce Co, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising from:
• Use or misuse of the equipment
• Delivery, setup, operation, supervision, or removal of equipment
• Injury, illness, death, or property damage involving participants or spectators
• Theft, loss, vandalism, or destruction of the equipment
Happy Bounce Co shall not be liable for injuries, damages, weather-related events, acts of God, misuse of equipment, or circumstances beyond its control.
